Job Description:
This job is responsible for overseeing a testing portfolio and all aspects of the testing life cycle. Key responsibilities include managing test development, test execution, and results aggregation/dissemination. Job expectations include collaborating with front line unit and control function process owners to understand processes, identify risks to successful execution, and prioritize/plan for the development of methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and controls, and adherence to applicable laws/rules/regulations, policies, and procedures.

Maintains ownership and accountability for delivering quality work and completes work in a time sensitive and efficient manner

Applies knowledge of financial services industry and related regulations

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
