Job summary

Apple seeks a Test Operations Engineer to support performance testing and lab operations in our Cupertino labs, helping validate marketing claims on product performance and battery life.

You will execute tests across devices, set up equipment, collect data, and maintain clear procedures to ensure repeatable results for senior stakeholders across product marketing and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA, test operations, lab operations, or related hands-on testing.
• Experience setting up and operating test equipment, configuring devices, and collecting test data.
• Attention to detail and accountability for quality and consistency of results.
• Strong documentation and process-recording skills; able to maintain clear, repeatable procedures.
• Effective time management and planning skills, with experience independently prioritizing tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Numbers.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions with reliable testing that informs marketing messaging.
• Assist in test programs from setup through data delivery across device categories.
• Maintain dedicated operational support in on-site Cupertino test labs.
• Document and standardize lab procedures and data reporting.
