Job summary

PeopleTec, in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Test Infrastructure and Integration SME to support our location. This regular full-time role focuses on systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems.

The candidate will translate high-level objectives into detailed technical requirements, contribute to MBSE efforts, and ensure verification and validation across the lifecycle. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Proven experience in supporting systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems.
• Experience supporting MBSE efforts and familiarity with MDA system architectures, test infrastructure, and verification/validation processes.
• Ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical, test, and integration requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; active Secret clearance on hire and ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility; TS/SCI is preferred.

Qualifications

Required Skills / Experience:

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Proven experience in supporting systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems.
• Experience supporting MBSE efforts
• Strong understanding of MDA system architectures, test infrastructure, integration processes, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation.
• Ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical, test, and integration requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Candidates are required to have a minimum of an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; active TS/SCI upon hire is preferred.
