Job summary

Leidos Inc is looking for a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead to define strategy and oversee the test mission for the Leidos Common Automation Platform (L-CAP). This hybrid role, based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, involves leading T&E processes, strategy, and execution for complex systems in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in test and evaluation for complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale, safety-critical systems.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality engineering strategy focused on automation.
• Establish AI-assisted testing methods to improve test coverage.
• Lead development of test environments and validation methods.
