Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead to define and execute testing strategies for the Leidos Common Automation Platform (L-CAP) in Gaithersburg, MD. The role combines systems-level testing expertise with modern quality engineering practices.

This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and provides competitive compensation. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of experience in safety-critical systems and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in test and evaluation for complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience performing T&E on large-scale, safety-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of T&E planning and execution methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a modern Quality Engineering strategy.
• Establish AI-assisted and model-based testing methods.
