Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer, Level 2, at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role focuses on transforming requirements into actionable evaluation strategies and tests, executing data collection, analyzing results, and reporting to guide decisions.

Required: U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and five years of TE experience; a related bachelor’s degree or four additional TE years as substitute.

Qualifications

• Five years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. Citizens with active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Level 1 tasks as constrained by training and experience.
• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis.
• Review planned acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment.
• Analyze performance risk areas to focus T&E planning.
• Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use.
• Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in estimates.
• Execute the evaluation plan on data collected by the Testing Tasks.
