WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer who excels at turning complex technical requirements into actionable testing strategies.

You will analyze requirements and create thorough evaluation plans, prepare data collection, perform analysis, and clearly report results to guide decision-making for government systems. You will contribute to T&E documentation, collaborate with partner test organizations, and ensure cohesive program execution while delivering specialized

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years experience as a Test Engineer or TE in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements, concepts of operation, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to create evaluation and test plans.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection, perform detailed analysis, and report results to guide decision-making.
• Contribute to Government T&E documentation including T&E Strategies, Master Plans, Event Test Plans, and Test Readiness Assessments.
