Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team in the St. Louis area. The role analyzes system requirements and ops documents to develop evaluation and test plans, conducts data collection and analysis, and reports status and results.

The job emphasizes automated testing, tool development, and customer communications. Responsibilities include producing T&E documentation, collaborating across test organizations, and training new hires on automation and VDI setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with <2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright, Cypress) and DevOps CI/CD.
• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide visibility into progress and impediments.
• Support development of Government T&E documentation (T&E Strategy, T&E Master Plan, Event Test Plans, T&E Reports).
• Coordinate with other test organizations for T&E program integration.
• Provide T&E capabilities tailored to system function, maturity, and performance areas.
• Execute test plans and verify results of automated tests.
• Train new hires on automated testing and VDI setup.
• Design and implement automated testing tools and update as needed.
• Manage customer communications, including Customer Boards and site visits.
• Be able to work independently and produce results.
