Job summary

A respected engineering firm in Maryland is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, design, execute, and document test activities. The ideal candidate will have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, defining acceptance criteria, and executing various tests. This exempt hourly position offers a pay range of $125,000 to $175,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including paid holidays and PTO.

Job Summary

• Seeking a Test Engineer to plan, design, execute, and document test activities to ensure system functionality, performance, security, and reliability meet mission and contractual requirements
• This role supports the full system development lifecycle and collaborates with systems engineers, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and program leadership to validate technical solutions

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategies, plans, and procedures
• Define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and traceability to requirements
• Design test cases, scripts, and automated test frameworks
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and system-level tests
• Document defects, track resolution, and verify corrective actions
• Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM)
• Ensure test coverage aligns with system requirements and mission objectives
• Validate compliance with technical, security, and interoperability standards

Required Qualifications
