Job summary

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC is seeking a Test Engineer in St. Louis to provide Agile DevOps support for mission‑critical systems. You will implement scripts, evaluate results and feedback in a CI/CD pipeline, and work with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires SAFe Agile experience, TS clearance, and a BS degree with 4+ years of relevant work. Hybrid work with on‑site and WFH balance is available.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a computer science or related field or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant Test Engineer experience or 3+ years with MS.
• Experience with SAFe Agile and DevOps environments.
• Proficiency in test automation, scripting, and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and developers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and teams to design test strategies.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test assets to improve coverage.
• Support tests in cloud environments (AWS/OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze results, provide feedback, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure system code coverage remains above target and document results.
• Prepare test plans, review acceptance criteria, and participate in releases.
