Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification with 5 years of relevant experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience leading or managing a test lab or testing projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish test lab standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain and improve test lab facilities and equipment to increase testing accuracy.
• Create test lab schedule across all projects.
• Assign work to test lab staff.
• Direct and monitor test lab staff to meet schedule and data accuracy.
• Review and approve test lab reports before release.
• Discuss test results with Engineering after testing.
• Direct training of test lab staff.
• Assist in creating Annual Expense and Capital Budgets.
• Support Services and Manufacturing to solve field and unit problems.
