Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in testing, development, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading test teams and coordinating equipment and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish test lab standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain and improve test lab facilities and equipment to enhance testing accuracy.
• Create a Product Test Schedule across projects and assign work to staff.
• Review and approve test lab reports and discuss results with Engineering.
