RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Dallas is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead hands-on electrical testing programs, including AC/DC functional testing, protection relays, MV switchgear and MV breakers, and arc flash safety compliance.

You will manage a technician team, schedule tests, review test reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure NEC/IEEE code adherence while driving quality improvements. NETA certification is a plus. This full-time role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.

Qualifications

Hands-on electrical testing experience.
Experience leading a technician team.
Experience in test scheduling and report reviews.
NX0NTENTA: NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the electrical testing program for projects.
Schedule tests, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
Review test reports and troubleshoot issues.
Drive quality improvements and compliance with codes.
