Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as a Test & Evaluation engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline.
• Four additional TE years may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into and apply knowledge of test and evaluation concepts to support TE activities.
• Plan and execute performance analyses.
• Review acquisition approaches to align TE schedules with decision makers.
• Analyze performance risks to focus TE planning.
• Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation for TE use.
• Use statistical analysis to characterize confidence in performance estimates.
• Select, coordinate, and calibrate instrumentation and data management tools.
• Execute the evaluation plan and collect data per plan.
• Plan program and event level testing to collect data for analysis and TE synchronization.
• Establish data and configuration management capabilities and document results.
