Active TS/SCI Clearance + Polygraph required. The role involves developing test strategies, creating rigorous plans, executing test cases, and producing detailed discrepancy reports across secure hardware/software

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as a Test Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; four additional years of test engineering can substitute for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph is required.
• Experience testing and integrating complex hardware/software systems, with traceability to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, and procedures.
• Write and execute test cases and generate detailed discrepancy reports.
• Support integration and testing of modern hardware and software systems.
• Perform functional and regression testing across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, traceability matrices, and test procedures.
• Write and execute test cases and generate detailed discrepancy reports.
• Support the integration and testing of modern hardware and software systems.
• Perform functional and regression testing across diverse platforms.
• Work with UNIX or Windows command-line tools to assist with test activities and write test scripts as needed.
• Participate in technical reviews and status meetings related to system testing.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Four (4) additional years of test engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph.
• Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience testing or integrating complex hardware/software systems.
  • Experience developing structured test documentation and ensuring traceability to requirements.
  • Ability to identify and document defects using standard reporting tools and formats.
  • Proficiency with basic UNIX or Windows commands and familiarity with test scripting.
