Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a test engineer to design, execute, and automate tests for complex telephony and networking hardware. You will develop test scripts, analyze results, and contribute to system-level validation across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of test engineering experience, strong Python and CI/CD skills, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5 years of test engineering experience.
• Experience with test script development and system testing of complex systems.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; sponsorship not available.
• Proficiency with Python development and test automation frameworks (pytest).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Test software following a formal automated testing method across telephony and networking hardware.
• Generate test cases from requirements and product functionality; document results clearly.
• Perform baseline, system, and regression testing in research and development contexts.
• Analyze large log datasets and test data; create test plans and verification matrices.
