Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Test Engineer to design and execute automated tests across telephony and networking hardware, producing test plans, verification matrices, and clear results.

The position requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and cannot sponsor or nominate for security clearance. Five years of test engineering experience and a related bachelor's degree are required; four years may substitute for a degree. Strong Python skills and CI/CD tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of test engineering experience developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four additional TE years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Test software using automated methods across telephony and networking hardware.
• Generate test cases based on requirements and product functionality.
• Perform baseline, system, and regression testing to support R&D efforts.
• Analyze large log data and test data; document results clearly.
• Create test documents such as test plans, verification matrices, and test summaries.
