Job summary

GlobTek, Inc. in Northvale, New Jersey is seeking a Test Engineer/Technician to test AC-DC power supplies and battery packs against our specifications and industry standards.

You will develop functional test systems, troubleshoot failures, and work with engineering to improve products while recording results and reporting issues clearly.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering; a BSEE is a plus.
• 3+ years in an engineering, production or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital signals and of analog power supplies.
• Fine hand skills, including SMD soldering.
• Proficient with MS Office and electronics design tools such as Altium, PADS or KiCad.

Responsibilities

• Test new and existing products to company specifications and industry standards using oscilloscopes, multimeters and spectrum analyzers.
