SMX in Boulder, CO is seeking a Test Engineer (Secret) to join the Space and Intelligence BU. The role requires a Secret clearance and hands-on experience with automated testing across large, agile software programs supporting space Ground/OSINT systems.

You will work with a team of system and software engineers in a fast-paced environment, applying tests in DevOps/CI/CD contexts to ensure mission readiness and robust software delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with software integration, testing and debugging.
• Strong Python knowledge.
• Experience with test creation and management using Xray.
• Gherkin and Behave for test automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile development tools.
• Experience with test methodologies and behavior-driven development.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Interim DOD Secret Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Write and execute functional and performance test procedures for software verification.
• Collaborate with software and systems teams in an Agile environment to design tests.
• Execute tests to verify requirements and meet program milestones.
• Advance quality and faster deployment within a DevOps/CI/CD framework.
• Evaluate and integrate new system features.
• Participate in team Agile ceremonies.
