GDIT is seeking a Test Engineer to support the Navy's airborne EW program (ECSEL) onsite at Point Mugu, CA. You will help set up test environments and test airborne EW systems to ensure mission readiness.

Requirements include an Active Secret clearance, BS Degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of electronics design, testing, and troubleshooting; position is onsite and pending funding.

Our work depends on a Test Engineer to help support the Navy’s airborneElectronic Warfare Integrated Laboratories (EWIL) Division, Electronic Combat Simulation and Evaluation Laboratory (ECSEL)program to work onsite at Point Mugu, CA.

Position is pending funding.

As a Test Engineer for the ECSEL program, you will be responsible to help various airborne EW programs with their testing through set up of the test environment.

HOW OUR TEST ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Design, build, modify, repair, maintain and test various EW lab test benches.
• Perform daily start-up of bench systems to check operational integrity and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):

• Security Clearance Level: Active Secret
• Required Experience: 3+ years of experience with electronics design, testing and troubleshooting.
• Education: BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Good organizational and management skills
• Location: Onsite at Point Mugu, CA

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
