Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience testing complex systems involving RF technology, robotics, drones, or defense/aerospace products.
• Comfort working independently and owning technical aspects, timelines, and budgets.
• Familiarity with designing and fabricating test equipment, and sourcing/assembly/operation of said equipment.
• A U.S. Government security clearance eligibility or clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the testing process from planning to product delivery for advanced systems.
• Perform test planning and track requirements.
• Acquire or design and fabricate necessary test equipment and maintain inventory.
• Direct and execute laboratory and field test operations.
• Document test activities for internal use and for customer verification.
• Identify failures and lead root-cause and corrective actions.
