Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience testing complex systems, including RF technology, robotics, drones or advanced sensor systems.
• Ability to own technical aspects, timelines, and budgets for test campaigns.
• Experience designing and fabricating test equipment and managing its sourcing, production, and operation.

Responsibilities

• Own the testing process from planning to product delivery for advanced systems.
• Perform test planning and manage requirements gathering and tracking.
• Acquire or design and fabricate necessary equipment and maintain inventory.
• Direct and execute test operations in lab and field environments for validation.
• Document test activities for internal use and customer verification.
• Identify failures and lead root-cause and corrective action activities.
