Required six years of experience as a STE, a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, and a Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. On-site work in Columbia, MD with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience as a Software Test Engineer in similar scope programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university; Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience with test automation development and performance/load/stress testing.
• Experience with security testing, data interfaces, and systems integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix defects and improve product quality.
• Translate project requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Conduct thorough testing for reliability, security, and performance.
