Job summary

Power3 Solutions seeks a Mid-Level Test Engineer to ensure AdmitIT’s quality, reliability, and performance for federal defense clients. You’ll design and execute test plans, identify defects, and coach development teams to raise testing quality.

The role covers manual and automated testing (Selenium/Cypress), API testing, and 508 accessibility. TS/SCI with MD poly is required; 5 years of software engineering, and a BS or higher in computer engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or related field (4 years experience may substitute).
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with MD polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects with reproduction steps and severity.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve quality and testing processes.
• Maintain test artifacts, procedures, and quality metrics.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
