Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or equipment testing.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time; valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of relevant standards including EN/IEC 60204-1, NFPA 79, EN/IEC/UL/CSA 61010-1, CSA C22.2 No. 301, UL 508A, and the Machinery Directive/Regulation.
• Familiarity with SEMI S2/S8/S14/S22, and F47 is preferred.
• Familiarity with functional safety principles (ISO 13849).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead client meetings to provide updates, address technical issues, and discuss test-specific challenges.

Compensation Data

The target salary range for this role is $80,000-$115,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.

• Willingness to travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, manufacturing processes, and safety‑critical systems.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, including EN/IEC 60204‑1, NFPA 79, EN/IEC/UL/CSA 61010‑1, CSA C22.2 No. 301, UL 508A, and the Machinery Directive / Regulation.
• Preferred familiarity with SEMI S2/S8/S14/S22, and F47.
• Familiarity with functional safety principles (e.g., ISO 13849).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
