Job Description

• Complete all aspects of regulatory compliance testing, act as lead engineer on complex projects.
• Train other test engineers and test technicians.
• Test moderate to highly complex equipment.
• Ensure product meets IEC, EN, UL, CSA test standards.
• Prepare test development project quotes and proposals by assisting in defining customer technical requirements, test strategies, and selecting test equipment.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Liaise with other global laboratories to ensure consistency and accuracy of methods and interpretations.
• Document test results for corrective actions, reports, and audits.
• Analyze test data and determine expected outcomes for tests.
• Identify and report all deviations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience evaluating products in accordance with CB Scheme, CE and GS regulatory standards, including experience with IES, IEC, EN, UL, CSA and BIS.

Salary range: $137,000–$147,000 per year
