Job Summary

The Test Engineer contributes to the development and execution of automated system testing within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role completes the majority of assigned tasks with limited supervision and begins making meaningful contributions to test design, process improvement, and debugging efforts. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI), develops and refines Python-based test scripts, and helps optimize the automated test environment for scalability and efficiency.

The Test Engineering team plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by ensuring server and system-level products meet performance, quality, and reliability standards before packaging. Positioned between assembly and final shipment, the team develops and executes testing strategies based on customer Manufacturing Test Requirement Documents or custom validation scripts. Their responsibilities span functional testing, failure analysis, infrastructure maintenance, and continuous yield improvement. The team collaborates closely with internal departments and global R&D teams to support both high-volume production and new product introduction (NPI).
