Responsibilities

• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
• Sit with technology users in Albuquerque to learn what the JMeter tool really needs
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with TestComplete
• Trace a customer-centric technology bug across three JUnit services to the one bad line
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
