Job summary

Potawatomi Training LLC seeks a Test Engineer (Level 2) to analyze requirements and develop evaluation plans for government programs in Washington, DC. The role focuses on planning and conducting performance analyses, data collection, and reporting results to support T&E activities.

You will work with SE and other teams to ensure alignment with program schedules, standards, and decision milestones, while applying Modeling & Simulation tools to validate performance and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Five years of TE experience in government programs and contracts is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four years of additional TE experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance analysis for system evaluations.
• Coordinate with SE and other teams to align T&E activities with program schedules.
• Develop and adapt evaluation plans, data collection plans, and test procedures.
