Job summary

Echodyne Corp in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Test Engineer II focused on off-radar software. You will design, execute, and maintain tests for complex web-based applications and APIs, and contribute to test strategies for UI and backend services.

Collaborate with software, product, and firmware teams to improve testability. Build automated tests with Python, Playwright, and Selenium while supporting environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or test engineering roles, with a focus on web apps and RESTful APIs.
• Experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques.
• Experience with UI and API test automation, including writing and maintenance of automated tests (Python preferred).
• Experience working in environments with hardware and software dependencies.
• Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of software development practices, defect investigation, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Echodyne is seeking a TEST ENGINEER II to focus on off-radar software.

The expected annual salary range for this role is

$114,330 - $170,980 USD
