Job summary

This role creates the test hardware and software needed to evaluate products, working with a cross‑functional engineering team to deliver reliable solutions. Bachelor's in engineering and 2+ years in test design are required, with ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with preference for electrical, mechanical, optical, computer, or software engineering.
• BS with 2+ years in test design and development and product qualification experience.
• Ability to obtain a favorable DoD clearance at the Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test equipment used for all stages of product testing.
• Perform and lead others through design and validation testing and product verification.
• Develop requirements, specifications, plans, procedures, and reports for test system development.
• Produce design architecture for test fixtures and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, software, and system groups.
• Inform budgets and ensure costs adhere to budget; participate in design reviews.
• Release work into document/change management systems and interface with program management.
