Kaygen, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks an experienced performance testing engineer to join onsite. You will design and execute load tests for APIs and web applications, and optimize test suites with JMeter and k6.

You will analyze logs and metrics, collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, and work with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes to validate scalable architectures. Total experience required is 5–12 years, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) :

• Strong experience in performance testing
• Deep knowledge of JMeter and k6
• JMeter (2nd) and k6 (1st priority)
• K6 – 3 to 5 years of experience
• Experience testing APIs (All API Architecture ) and web applications
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring data
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Any cloud would work)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications (EKS etc)
• Total - Min 5 -12 Years of overall experience.
• Added bonus if you have (Preferred): Experience writing code using Java or Python
