Job summary

Hyve Solutions, part of Synnex Corporation, seeks a Test Engineer I in Nevada to support production test processes and automation. You will train operators, troubleshoot complex issues, develop test scripts, and analyze data to drive yield improvements in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Ideal candidates have Python scripting, Linux troubleshooting, and server hardware experience, plus strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills. This role is positioned on-site in Nevada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 0–2 years of experience acceptable.
• Experience with manufacturing test systems and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Python for test automation and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking basics, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Train production personnel on test processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot test, product, and system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, diagnostic programs, and automation tools.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot server and system-level hardware.
• Analyze test data to improve yields and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing ops, and Quality teams.
