Job summary

Lyntris, a defense technology company, seeks a Test Engineer in Saint Paul, MN to validate enterprise systems across DoD programs. You will design, execute and maintain test cases, develop automated tests, and ensure OQE artifacts meet certification requirements.

Hybrid work and onsite collaboration are supported. Requirements include 2+ years in software testing, experience with PLM/ERP, and familiarity with Selenium, Eggplant, Katalon, Python, and DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant, Python, XML, JSON).
• Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems.
• Strong test planning, execution, and documentation aligned with DoD standards.
• Experience producing OQE artifacts to support system certification/accreditation or acceptance reviews.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface across technical and non-technical teams.
• Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality and data integrity.
• Maintain and refine automated test scripts using approved tools (Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant).
• Support end-to-end validation across PLM, ERP, and interfaces/data exchange processes.
• Coordinate internal testing activities to ensure timely delivery and quality software.
• Ensure testing artifacts meet DoD compliance requirements (OQE).
• Identify, document, and track defects, coordinating with development teams for resolution.
• Provide status updates and traceability between requirements, tests, and defects.
