Job summary

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, seeks Test Engineers, Levels 1 and 2, depending on qualifications and experience. All work is on-site in-person in a SCIF environment near Annapolis Junction, MD. Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role.

Compensation: Level 1: $76,100 to $82,000; Level 2: $111,000 to $119,500. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, executing plans, analyzing data, and reporting results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Test Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of test and evaluation principles and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements, CONOPS, and acquisition documentation to develop test and evaluation plans, procedures, and strategies.
• Plan and execute performance analysis and data collection to support system evaluation.
• Develop and maintain T&E documentation, including TES and TEMP.
• Coordinate test events and ensure readiness of personnel, equipment, and compliance with security requirements.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and other stakeholders to align T&E activities with program objectives.
