Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan is seeking a Test Engineer in Charlotte, MI to develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products. You will build fixtures, run tests, and help ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with design and production teams, perform Gage R&R studies, maintain calibration records, and analyze data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and ISO/Six Sigma.
