Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan is partnering with Caledonia-based manufacturers to recruit a Test Engineer. This role designs and executes test plans for electromechanical products, builds and maintains automated test scripts, analyzes data, and drives quality improvements on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis, and ensure tests meet ISO 9001 standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing, executing, and documenting test plans and procedures for electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
