Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans and test programs; design ATE hardware interface boards.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
• Drive robust and cost-effective test solutions to ensure product quality.
