Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in server manufacturing engineering.
• Lead the fix of technical issues, optimize processes and improve yield/retest rates.
• Experience deploying automated/digital maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Test readiness tracking and lead product test line bring up and qualify.
• Maintain test stations/fixtures to meet production targets.
• Test bundle, SW regression and process control setup.
• Track yield, retest, and fixture downtime; drive improvements.
• Address major test issues and coordinate with teams.
• Support UPH, GHLS/GHDS settings maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Optimize test process, coverage, consumables lifecycle, and deploy automation.
