Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing (FATP/SMT).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with standard measurement tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QA team activities, assign tasks, and train on inspection standards.
• Oversee first-article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance.
• Track inspection results, analyze data, and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues; communicate clearly.
