Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a skilled engineer to provide day-to-day operations test support on the manufacturing floor, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

The role involves support for test development, integration, FAT/ESS/CCA troubleshooting, and defect data analysis to drive CAPA actions. Proficiency with RF concepts and test equipment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on projects or labs involving circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of electronic circuit and component calculations and principles.
• Understanding of RF and communication circuits, calculations, and principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day Operations test support to test technicians on the manufacturing test floor to assure quality, cost and schedule goals are met.
• Support for test development, integration, FAT, ESS, CCA troubleshooting and verification.
• Analyze defect data to develop trends to aid in implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop test procedures and test support equipment drawings.
• Support integration and debug of test equipment and assets.
