Work Environment The role is part of a small, collaborative engineering team currently composed of three engineers, with plans to grow through both direct and contract hires. You will work hands‑on with test hardware, robotics, and automated equipment in a manufacturing environment, frequently interacting with the production floor and test technicians. The setting emphasizes practical problem‑solving, close cross‑functional collaboration, and direct involvement with cutting‑edge robotic systems and embedded technologies.
This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $110.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
