Job summary

SEL Inc. in Washington is seeking a Test Engineer to evaluate new test technologies, define Design for Test specifications, and design, develop, and maintain production test strategies that support product goals.

You will train production testing staff, gather and analyze test data to improve coverage and efficiencies, and collaborate with engineering on fixture design and test procedures. Eligible candidates have a BSEE or equivalent, 2+ years in electronic design, and strong writing, speaking,

Pay Range Data: $97,700 - $144,400

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
