Job Description :
This job is an integral member of an agile scrum team responsible for writing, executing, analyzing, and testing our software products to build scalable applications across all digital channels for our customers. The incumbent will focus on software quality and customer perspectives to enable developers to create high-quality applications aligned with the product vision. The role involves participation in every phase of the SDLC, from idea generation, business analysis, UX design, to rigorous testing for quality assurance, traceability, and compliance. The incumbent should have the technical skills to develop and execute test automation code for ongoing regression testing. Test engineers are expected to contribute to refining the CICD process, perform code reviews, and engage in manual testing.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or Healthcare Administration.
Required: At least 3 years of writing test artifacts adhering to SOC2 standards, including test cases, test plans, peer reviews, and test data management.
Preferred: 5 years of developing test automation software, participation in code reviews and CICD process improvements, and mentoring junior Test Engineers.

Travel: 0-25%
Position Type: Office-based with occasional travel and training duties. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
