Job description

Test Engineer 3 year contract Clearance: Must have at least an active Secret clearance to be considered. Hybrid: 4 days a week on-site. Pay Range: $60-$80/hr. The Tactical Networks Group specializes in advanced network and communications systems development, with a focus on tactical mobile, military airborne networks of the future. The Tactical Networks Group uses a combination of technical analysis, modeling, simulation, emulation, prototype development, and ?ight evaluation to develop new communication systems and evaluate and predict their performance under expected conditions. This position will be responsible for helping integrate and test software components in a testbed for space network field experimentation capabilities. This testbed consists of containers, custom programs, and graphical elements.

Must Have:

• TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• API Testing and Integration (RESTful APIs, GRPC, YANG Models, etc.)

Clearance:

Candidates should have an active clearance (secret/top secret, etc.) in order to be considered for this position due to the nature of the work being done.

Work Location:

This position will be 80% onsite (4 days a week) due to the nature of the work. There may be some remote flexibility on a case by case basis but there are no regular remote days.
