Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) professional to develop models, analytical tools, and testing scripts that provide insights into process health. You will work with process owners to understand data flows, design tests, and monitor controls across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with risk managers, GCOR, and regulatory teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, CS, Statistics, or related fields.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong design, testing, reporting and scripting skills.
• Experience with Spark, Python, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Embody core EIT skills: critical thinking, enterprise mindset, collaboration, and communication.
• Partner with process/data owners and risk managers to drive improvements.
• Use tools to drive testing, monitoring, and error detection.
• Communicate results to stakeholders including auditors and regulators.
