Hyve Solutions in Fremont, California, is seeking a Test Debug and RCA Engineer to execute validation tests on server, compute and networking racks, troubleshoot hardware and firmware, and support manufacturing quality improvements.

You will collect diagnostic data, analyze BIOS/BMC logs, participate in root-cause investigations with senior engineers, and help ensure robust test processes and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Validation. Execute functional, stress, thermal, burn-in, and reliability tests on server and rack platforms.
• Debug & Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot hardware failures and test station issues; collect logs and diagnostics.
• Root Cause Analysis Support. Gather evidence, assist in RCA investigations, document findings and actions.
