Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/electrical engineering or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ticket tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of PLM systems (Agile) and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support on troubleshooting and failure analysis for server, rack, storage, and GPU products.
• Sustain repair training procedures and related documentation.
• Train employees and guide repair teams.
• Improve repair processes to reduce defects, failures, and labor costs.
• Maintain repair reporting tools and capacity; support global escalations.
• Interface with leadership across multiple functions to report progress.
