Elevance Health in Hanover, MD, seeks a Senior Test Data Management Advisor to lead data management projects, ensure governance and reuse of test data, and manage storage for decommissioned systems. The role is office-based 3–4 days a week with hybrid flexibility.
You will drive data management lifecycle, coordinate with development teams, and oversee tool environments, security, and upgrades across projects.
Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 7550 Teague Rd., Suite 500, Hanover, MD 21076.
This role requires associates to be in-office 3–4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Test Data Management Advisor Senior is responsible for conducting technical and project leadership of Data Management development projects, delivering functionality supporting test data reuse, reduction of production systems data usage, and storage of data for decommissioned systems.

Salary range for this specific position is $139,545.12 - $140,545.12.
