Astrion is seeking a Test Coordinator I at the Redstone Test Center, Huntsville, AL. This full-time role requires a Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will support program management, track budgets and schedules, and coordinate test documentation using SharePoint and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of applicable experience developing plans, budgets and schedules; reporting on funding, schedule, milestones, and costs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, OneNote, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited* college/ university
• 1 year of applicable experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements; providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; validating costs; comparing performance against plans; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must also possess excellent analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction including attention to detail as well as supportive of process improvements.
• Must be a proficient user of MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, and PowerPoint), and SharePoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Professional user of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with U.S. Army and U.S. Army missiles and technologies, and/or knowledge of different types of government funding are pluses.
• Exceptional customer relationship management highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard. Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
• Ad-hoc support asrequired.
